Anti - Corruption Statement

SETsafe | SETfuse believes that acts of commercial corruption undermine fair market competition and have a severely detrimental impact on society, the economy, and the company's own development. SETsafe | SETfuse is committed to operating with integrity, adhering to business ethics, and complying with the laws and regulations of the locations where it operates and all other applicable legal frameworks. We maintain a "zero-tolerance" stance towards corruption.

SETsafe | SETfuse takes proactive and effective measures to prevent acts of commercial corruption. SETsafe | SETfuse requires that all SETsafe | SETfuse employees or entities and individuals acting on behalf of SETsafe | SETfuse in business dealings shall not, directly or indirectly, offer bribes to public officials or other entities and individuals to obtain business opportunities. If suppliers, agents, and other business partners (hereinafter referred to as "Partners") engage in the aforementioned conduct towards SETsafe | SETfuse employees for the same purpose, employees must refuse and report it to the company. When engaging in business cooperation with Partners, SETsafe | SETfuse, through contractual clauses and corresponding monitoring procedures, requires Partners to also comply with SETsafe | SETfuse's anti-corruption policy and constrains their conduct accordingly.

This statement applies to Xiamen SETsafe | SETfuse Electronics Co., Ltd. and its directly or indirectly controlled subsidiaries and branches worldwide.
